The creamy nutritional shake is a complete vegan collagen producing formula containing all the amino acids and collagen precursors your body needs to boost your own natural collagen which directly impacts and improves hair, skin and nail growth.

Directions

Capsules: Take 2 capsules a day with a meal.

Collagen: 1 scoop (15g) per day in 200ml chilled water, milk or milk alternative. Shake/mix well before consuming.

Shampoo and Conditioner: Use on scalp and roots every 2-3 days.
